PORTRAIT WORKSHOP
This is a group of about 10 - 12 artists of  mixed abilities working with a portrait model. Painting time is 4 x 20 minute sessions plus tea-break which means a maximum painting/sitting time of 1 hour 20 minutes. We often have background music. Beginners and proficient portrait artists are all welcome; we can learn from each other, keep and improve observational and drawing/painting skills, using any medium. Generally costs are covered by artists paying £5 to £7 when attending.

Sitters vary, including local friends, family and club members.

We are always looking for new volunteer sitters. Volunteers can take photographs of each painting and have the opportunity to buy one, should they wish. If you would like to volunteer, please let the Portrait Group lead know by completing the contact form below.
